It’s that time again. We want to introduce you to another one of our Somo-ers! Meet Baron, our Client Engagement Co-ordinator, who is a part of the team in London. Our Client Engagement team is a key part of the Somo world; they’re the connection between us and our clients. 

In this edition of our Meet the Team series, we’re talking to Baron about his Somo journey, which other team at Somo he is interested in, and what his superpower would be. 


What’s been your favourite part of your journey at Somo?

My favourite part of my journey here is being a part of the Client Engagement team! Before joining Somo, I didn’t have any agency experience, but the patience and support of the whole organisation has filled me with confidence that I am a valued and important member of the team.


If you had one superpower - what would it be?

I want to be really nerdy and say something like energy manipulation. But if I had to choose one superpower, I would have the ability to heal the sick and wounded.  My uncle passed away last year from an illness, so I always sympathise with people who go through seeing their loved ones suffer in that way.



What team at Somo interests you the most?

I am very interested in the Engineering team, mainly in the Scrum Master role as I find the concept of servant leadership very intriguing. In the scrum master role, being empathetic, considerate, and caring is not considered a weakness but strength, as building trust in a team is a contributing factor to success.
